I used rubber stamps and letter stickers on the journal page. Don't you love that little bird? Too cute!
I used raindrops for the water coming out of the shower.
Since babies change and do so many things during the first year I wanted to make sure there were journal tags for every month so....underneath the photo mats are journal stickers....
More journal stickers under both photo mats again attached with Velcro....
I didn't put photo mats on these two pages because the paper was just too cute (& I was running out of time to get it finished!)
There were a bunch of stickers left over.... first tooth, first curl, first word, walking so I included them with the book so she can add them where appropriate.
The End! Thanks for looking!!
I love this book, it is so awesome. I downloaded the .cut file. Thank you so much for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThis is great Deb!! I'm so jealous of the work you do! Your cuz!
ReplyDeleteThis is the most adorable book and you do such beautiful work. Any new mother would treasure this gift.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! I love that you gave her some mats for her photos on some of the pages; a lot of "newbies" won't know what to do with their pictures when they receive a book like this. Your recipient will know just what to do with hers!
ReplyDeleteYour book is adorable. Love it. What a great gift.
ReplyDeleteYour book is simply adorable!
ReplyDeleteIncredible details and so darn cute!
ReplyDeleteI sure hope she appreciates all the work and love you put into the book!
Thank you all for your wonderful comments!! :) Yes, she definitely appreciated it.... along with the other ladies at the shower. They were all pretty amazed!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful book you made! I'm sure she loved it.
ReplyDeleteYour books are out of this world. Love the baby book. I've made a couple for my grandkids, and I know how much work they are.
ReplyDeleteGreat job!!!
Love the book - what size does it come out to be - tried to cut it from your file but was not very big. How do I make it bigger.
ReplyDeleteI make the pages 5.5 inches tall so that I can cut 12x12 in half and use each half to cover a page. The length of each page just depends on the design but obviously starting with shorter pages and ending up with the longest page around 10.5 inches long. HTH
ReplyDeleteI just saw the you became a follower of me...now I'm following you! your baby book is so adorable!
